- Data Cut-Off Date: The AI's training data was cut off in December 2023. So information on events, updates, or developments that have occurred after this date will not be available.
- Biased and Unbiased Responses: While we believe Meta Llama is currently the most effective LLM for managing bias, it's important to acknowledge that the system can still produce biased outputs due to its training data.
- Security and Confidentiality: The AI does not store or retain any chat history after 30 days have elapsed, but all conversations are kept private and isolated. However, limited details, such as account information and usage statistics are recorded, to maintain continuity of service.
- Error Handling: The AI will strive to provide accurate and helpful responses, but it is not perfect. If the AI does encounter an error, or it is unsure of the answer to a question, it will let you know and do its best to provide alternative solutions or guidance. It may not always understand the context of a question that is asked
- File Handling: The AI is capable of processing files uploaded during the conversation. However, should a file become unavailable for processing, it will indicate this with a
FILE_NOT_FOUNDmessage. In such cases, it is recommended to re-upload the file to continue the conversation. It should be noted that the subsequent answer provided may not be identical to previous instances. - Chart Generation: The AI is capable of generating charts. However, it lacks the functionality to create interactive or dynamic visualisations. Chart outputs from the AI will be static and presented in markdown format.
