Agent Configurations
Overview
Organisation Admin users now have the ability to manage the prebuilt agents available to your organisation within OneAdvanced AI. The Agents configuration settings screen allows you to enable or disable these agents at an organisation level.
Enabling or Disabling Prebuilt Agents
To access the Agents configuration settings, navigate to AI Settings > Configurations, then navigate to the Agents tab and you should see the following screen:
Listed on this screen are the prebuilt agents provided by OneAdvanced. Each agent has a toggle switch next to it, allowing you to enable or disable it as needed.
- To enable an agent, toggle the switch to the "on" position.
- To disable an agent, toggle the switch to the "off" position.
Once your preferred settings have been set, remember to click the Save Changes button on the top right of the screen.
