This document outlines the steps to unlock a user account after it becomes locked.

If a user account is locked due to exceeding the allowed number of failed login attempts, the user account gets locked temporarily and will receive the following email notification stating account is locked.

Unlock user account

To unlock a user's account, the User admin can edit the user profile to verify if the account is locked.

The User Admin can then unlock the account by selecting the 'Unlock User' option under Account Actions.

Once the account is unlocked, the user will receive an email notification confirming that their account has been unlocked.

User admins can also filter the user list to show only locked accounts by selecting the option 'only show locked users' checkbox, which will display a list of locked users.

In case of unlocking multiple user accounts, the user admin can click the 'unlock users' button at the top to unlock all locked accounts.
