When tasks and actions are not monitored, they can quickly pile up which makes for really unproductive working. MyWorkplace includes built-in Tasks that identifies user-related actions across all the shared Advanced applications, presenting them in one central location.

By bringing together a combined list of activities from all the connected applications, MyWorkplace Tasks helps you keep on top of priorities. It also allows you to take action, without having to go through the main product application, with it all combined in your main MyWorkplace screen.

Examples of some application Tasks you might see:

  • Annual leave approval from Advanced HR for line managers
  • Order authorisations from Advanced Financials

You can now also create your own Tasks for yourself, and others in your organisation. This truly makes MyWorkplace Tasks your one place to go for all of your things get done!

When creating new Tasks, you can assign them to yourself or someone else in your organisation. You can add a priority and due date. You can also opt to be notified when the Task is cleared by the assignee.
