This article will show you how to upload files in Organisation Space. You can upload an unlimited number of files for your organisation. To configure the Organisation Space:
- Navigate to https://myworkplace.oneadvanced.com.

- From the Apps side menu, select AI and then AI Admin.

- Here you will see a list of all of the files in your organisation’s space. This is where you can upload documents that your users can ask questions about.

- Use the Upload files button to upload a file. You can add a maximum of five files at a time.

- Files that are added will initially show a Status of Pending.

- The Status will then change to Available. The files are now available to be used.

Your users can now use their Organisation Space to ask questions. OneAdvanced AI will use the knowledge in its AI, and use the Available files as references to generate the response.
Configure Organisation Guardrails
Guardrails are used to restrict the subjects that OneAdvanced AI will be allowed to engage with. The categories are taken from the ML Commons taxonomy of AI Hazards.
- Navigate to https://myworkplace.oneadvanced.com.
- Within the AI menu (next to Files where Organisation spaces are managed) there is a new menu item: “Configurations”

Within here you can configure which Guardrails are enabled for your organisation.
- The Guardrails are all on by default in block mode. To allow a specific category, use the selector on the right-hand side and set it to disabled. This will disable the block.

By disabling these guardrails, users may encounter material that is not suitable for their needs or sensitivities. It is essential to carefully consider the potential consequences of removing these protections and to ensure that users are aware of the potential risks involved.
- Once configurations have been set, select 'Save Changes'. Any changes configured will remove the Guardrail for that category.
