Adding custom content to welcome emails

Customer Admins now have the ability to add custom content to the welcome email sent to new users. This allows you to personalise the email while retaining the system’s default message.

How It Works

  • A new Custom Content field name 'Welcome email custom message' is available in the Organisation module.
  • Content entered here will be included in the welcome email, in addition to the default Welcome email message.
  • If no custom content is entered, the system will send the standard default welcome email.
  • Custom content supports plain text only (no formatting).
  • A maximum of 500 characters is allowed.

Steps to Add Custom Content

  1. Log in as a Customer Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Organisation module.
  3. Locate the Welcome email custom message field.
  4. Enter your desired plain text message (up to 500 characters).
  5. Update organisation to save message.
