This document provides step-by-step instructions for the IT team to make OneAdvanced Mobile app accessible to company employees via the Microsoft Intune Company Portal.
Prerequisites
Before proceeding, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- Microsoft Intune is configured and active
- IT person has Intune Administrator role
- Company Portal app is already deployed to managed devices
Add iOS App (Apple App Store) to Intune
Step 1: Open Intune Admin
- Navigate to https://intune.microsoft.com
- Sign in with an administrator account
Step 2: Add OneAdvanced iOS App
- Go to Apps -> All apps
- Select Add
- Under App type, choose iOS/iPadOS
- Under App type details, select App Store app
- Click Select
Step 3: App Information
- In the App Store URL field, paste the Apple App Store link of the app: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/oneadvanced/id6748009771
- Click Search
- Intune will automatically populate App information
- Review and update the description if needed
- Click Next
Step 4: Assignments
- Select Add all users or Add group for specific user groups
Recommended assignment types:
Available – allows employees to install the app from Company Portal
Required – use only if installation must be enforced
- Click Next
Step 5: Review and Create
- Review all details
- Click Create
The iOS app will now appear in Intune.
Step 6: Verify Availability in Company Portal
- Open the Company Portal app on company managed iOS device
- Navigate to Apps
- Confirm OneAdvanced mobile app appears in the list
- Attempt installation to confirm successful deployment
Add Android App (Google Play Store) to Intune
Note: These steps assume Managed Google Play is already connected to Intune.
Step 1: Open Intune Admin Center
- Navigate to https://intune.microsoft.com
- Go to Apps -> Android
Step 2: Add OneAdvanced Android App
- Select Add
- Under App type, choose Android
- Under App type details, select Managed Google Play app
- Click Select
Step 3: Select App from Google Play
- Click Search the Managed Google Play store
- Add Google Play Store URL https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.oneadvanced.platformmobile
- Select the correct app
- Click Approve
- Choose default approval settings and click Done
- Click Sync to sync the app back to Intune
Step 4: Assignments
- Select Add all users or Add group for specific user groups
- Click Next
Step 5: Review and Create
- Review the configuration
- Click Create
The Android app will now be added to Intune.
Step 6: Verify Availability in Company Portal
- Open the Company Portal app on company managed Android device
- Navigate to Apps
- Confirm OneAdvanced mobile app appears in the list
- Attempt installation to confirm successful deployment
