Using OneAdvanced AI to Compare Documents

This article will show you how to use the power of OneAdvanced AI to compare the contents of two or more documents.

For example, you may want to produce a summary of the key differences between documents.

Comparing Documents

To produce a comparison of several documents, complete the following steps:

  1. Upload the documents that you want to compare, by selecting the Paperclip button.
  2. Enter a prompt that asks OneAdvanced AI to compare the documents. For example:
Please compare these documents and provide a summary of the differences.

  1. Select the Send button to ask your question.

Sharing the Comparison

The information that is produced can be copied and shared. You can also ask OneAdvanced AI put the information into an email, so that you can easily share it with your colleagues.

To do this, complete the following steps:

  1. Enter a prompt that asks OneAdvanced AI to produce a summary email. For example
Please compose an email that outlines the differences.

  1. Select the Send button to ask your question.

The email that is written can then be copied and pasted into your chosen email application.

By using OneAdvanced AI, you are able to easily compare your documents, whilst keeping safe the sensitive information that they contain.
