What are Private Spaces

Private Spaces is a feature within OneAdvanced AI that allows you to create a safe, secure, and isolated environment to store sensitive files and use for the purposes of the AI. It allows specific members of your organisation to create an organisation space, or an individual to use their own personal space for similar purposes. This space is tailored to your specific needs, providing a customised workspace for you and your team to collaborate, share, and manage sensitive information. These spaces are designed to provide an additional layer of security and control over who can access and view the information stored within them.
The key benefits of Privates Space are:
- Security: Private Spaces are designed with security in mind, ensuring that your data as well as the organisations data is protected and only accessible to authorised personnel.
- Control: You or your organisation control the files that are available in Private Spaces.
- Collaboration: Private Spaces enable seamless collaboration by allowing members of your organisation to access sensitive files from a secure space to use the AI on thus allowing you to work together on projects and share information securely.
- Access controls: You can control who can access the private space, including users, groups, and roles.
- Data encryption: Data stored in private spaces is encrypted to protect it from unauthorised access.
- Audit trails*: You can track all activity within the private space, including who accessed the space, what they did, and when.
- Compliance*: Private spaces can help you meet regulatory requirements for data protection and compliance.
