Using OneAdvanced AI to Summarise a Document

This article will show you how to use the power of OneAdvanced AI to produce a summary of the contents of a document.

For example, you have been sent a Risk Register document and would like to summarise it and produce a table of the tasks that need to be completed.

Document Summary

To produce the summary and a table of tasks, complete the following steps:

  1. Upload the document that you want to summarise by selecting the Paperclip button.
  2. Enter a prompt that asks OneAdvanced AI to produce a summary. For example:
Please summarise the risks, actions, owners and deadlines from this document. Then also produce a task list in a table for the appropriate owners.

  1. Select the Send button to ask your question.

Interpreting the Data

The information from the summary can also be presented in a graph, to make the data easy to interpret.

To generate a graph from the data in the document, complete the following steps:

  1. Enter a prompt that asks OneAdvanced AI to produce a graph. For example:
Please use the summarised data to produce a graph that outlines the highest risks.

  1. Select the Send button to ask your question.

By using OneAdvanced AI, you have been able to easily summarise your data, whilst keeping your sensitive company data safe.
