How to install OneAdvanced mobile app on your device

Users can install OneAdvanced app on company-managed and personal devices (mobile phones and tablets).

Personal devices

If you are using your own phone or tablet you can download the app:

Option 1: By searching the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. In the search bar, type OneAdvanced.
  3. Find the app called OneAdvanced and tap Install / Get.
  4. Once the app is installed, open it from your home screen.

Company-managed devices

If your phone or tablet is managed by your company’s IT department, the app will be available in one of two ways:

Option 1: From the Company Portal / Managed App Store

  1. Open the Company Portal (or equivalent managed store such as Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron, etc.) on your device.
  2. Search for OneAdvanced app.
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Once installation is complete, the app will appear on your home screen.

  2. This will open the app page in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  3. Tap Install / Get.
  4. Once installation is complete, the app will appear on your home screen.
