Introducing Intelligent Chat Agents

by Philip Cobbold
We know that you are keen to make greater use of AI in your daily work. However, knowing how to write an effective prompt that gives you the best results can sometimes be challenging.
This is why we have introduced Intelligent Chat Agents. These Agents make it easy to get the response that you need to answer your questions and complete your tasks. Agents are tailored to help you with a specific task and remove the need to write complex or specific prompts.
Intelligent Chat Agents are designed to make work faster, simpler and smarter, whilst keeping data secure and compliant.
How do they work?
When you open an Agent, several fields are displayed that are specific to the task that you need to complete. All you must do is enter a few simple pieces of information into the fields. Some Agents also allow you to upload a file of data or information that can be utilised in the response that you will be given.
Once the Agent has received all the information that it requires, it will then process this and quickly provide you with a response.
Examples of Intelligent Chat Agents
There are many Agents available for you to use. Some of these Agents can be used to help any industry, whereas others are designed to be specific to an individual sector.
Here are just a few examples of the available Agents:
- Document Comparison: Compare two documents and highlight their differences.
- Document Insights: Understand and highlight the main points in documentation with ease.
- Idea Generation: Generate a diverse list of unique ideas for an exercise or topic.
- Professional Email Writing: Craft highly professional emails with context.
