Getting started with MyWorkplace

Welcome to MyWorkplace! 👋
Setting up MyWorkplace for your organisation is a straightforward process. We recommend following these steps before giving your staff access, so they can get the best first experience.
Steps to getting MyWorkplace set up for your organisation
Admins
Make sure you have the right permission levels for the right people. Create a group of admins and invite them to MyWorkplace. You can see more detail on admin permissions and how to set them here.
Users
Your users already have access to MyWorkplace thanks to the power of Advanced Single Sign-on. That means they can access MyWorkplace and all their Advanced applications using the same username and password, and can navigate between them without having to log in multiple times. When you're ready for them to use MyWorkplace, just share the link.
Desks
Desks put the 'My' into MyWorkplace. As the main interactive space in MyWorkplace, you can use Desks to improve daily productivity - focusing on the things important to your business. Your users can quickly access exactly what they need and having easier access to applications and workflows means you and your teams can do more with less getting in the way.
Review the Feature Desks visible to you, and decide if you want to copy and edit these for your organisation. We've created some standard Feature desks to give you a starting point and ideas for different ways of using the applets. You can hide any Feature desks that you don't need, so that users in your organisation cannot see them.
Work with your MyWorkplace admin team to set up any Public or Group desks that you might want to create before launching MyWorkplace to your staff. You can read more about the types of desks and examples of each here.

Launch MyWorkplace!
When you're ready, share the link to MyWorkplace (www.myworkplace.oneadvanced.com) with your staff. They can use the desks you've set up for them, as well as create their own.
